Sophie and Aiden opted to have a small intimate wedding in Lady Gillford’s House in Carlisle – the register office. The register office in Carlisle is a lovely old building with oak panelled ceremony room, very grand, there is even a fancy staircase and a lovely garden for photos.
Sophie and Aiden had a lovely emotional ceremony with immediate family present to witness. Afterwards we had time for some family photos in the grounds before heading off with the happy couple to Keswick for some photos of just the two of them.
We had fun walking around Derwentwater and up to Friar’s Crag for some stunning views. Its always nice to feel like a celebrity walking through Keswick with everyone congratulating you!
The happy couple then headed off for a meal and to enjoy their mini moon in the Lakes. A fantastic way to celebrate your wedding week!
