I LOVE a proposal photo session and I’m always excited when I get an email from someone enquiring about proposal photography! Craig was planning to propose to Natalie whilst they were on holiday in the Lakes.
They were staying at the amazing Lodore Falls Hotel in Keswick with their dog Honey. Craig planned to take Natalie outside to the summerhouse in the gardens for a walk before their meal in the hotel where I would be waiting to capture the big moment.
The amazing events team in the hotel even provided flowers and champagne and held onto the ring so that Craig would not have the box in his trousers as a giveaway!
As they walked over the bridge Natalie got emotional and then Craig got down on one knee and presented her with an amazing ring! Of course she said yes and after a drink and much ring admiration we headed around the gardens and down to the lake for some photos.
With the summer evening sunshine beaming down it looked lovely by the lake on the jetty, just a short walk from the hotel.
When we got back to the hotel Craig went and fetched Honey the dog for some photos too. Such a great ending to a perfect proposal! The happy couple then headed off for a meal to celebrate and show off the ring to their families over facetime!
