I love a good summery wedding and Askham Hall near Penrith is an amazing location for a wedding. The grounds are stunnning and Shelley & Max took full advantage of them by having their ceremony outside.
The getting ready room upstairs was a great place to spy on everyone outside getting ready for the ceremony. Shelley looked amazing in her dress, I loved all the little Disney details including that cute handbag!
Max and his groomsmen looked dapper in their bow ties and were organising everyone arriving and getting seated.
The ceremony was lovely with a great dramatic entrance walking over the lawns with her veil blowing in the breeze!
Their was an amazing string quartet playing and the ceremony was lovely with lots of personal moments before everyone cheered the happy couple as husband and wife!
Lots of fun was had at the outdoor reception with Max getting thrown in the air and some great photo opportunities with friends and family. The reception room was filled with lots of lovely details of their travels and a lovely themed disney cake too!
After speeches it was time to hit the dancefloor where everyone had an amazing time, the energy was going all day long!
