We have photographed lots of weddings at Storrs Hall in Windermere. The staff are amazing and the attention to details with small, intimate elopement weddings is amazing.
What we also love about Storrs Hall is the fab boathouse getting ready room location, a little private oasis of calm for bride’s getting ready for their big day!
Steph was excitedly getting ready for her elopement wedding with Matthew – it was a fab spring day, perfect for the outdoor ceremony in the pagoda.
Its a bit of a long walk from the Hall to the pagoda for the wedding across the grass, plenty of time for groom’s to shed a tear or two and brides to make the most of that grand entrance!
After a lovely ceremony with the fab as ever Cumbria Registration Service we headed off into the grounds for photos, Steph opted to go without shoes for comfort!
The jetty and the lovely walk up to the Temple are amazing places for photographs and to really capture the drama although you have to be careful if its windy in case your veil goes flying! Further along the path there is another little area with a swing too!
We had such a laugh with Steph and Matthew – such an amazing couple, we wish you both so much love and happiness for the future! xx
