Armathwaite Hall is a wedding venue just up the road from us and is a stunning big building with the cosiest of fires inside. Elaine and David and their little ones had a lovely intimate wedding there.
Elaine and her flowergirl were excitedly getting ready upstairs while David and his proud best man were waiting in the bar. With a gap in the rain we managed to have the ceremony outside in the summer house which was a great location and time for Elaine to make her entrance up the walkway.
After the ceremony we had chance to explore the grounds of the hotel with the lovely swing and the springtime daffodils in bloom.
