I love to photograph weddings around Windermere and small intimate weddings like Shaun & Judith had are just perfect.
Windermere is a fantastic place for a wedding day and Merewood Country House Hotel is stunning – the view from the bridal suite of the Lake took my breath away!
Judith looked amazing in her gown and we just had time for a few photos in the bay windows before heading downstairs for the ceremony where Shaun was waiting.
The ceremony was lovely and Judith’s granddaughter Winnie was keen to steal the spotlight by getting involved in the ring exchanges – so cute!
Afterwards we had time for a few photographs in the beautiful grounds with the rhododendrons in bloom – so colourful.
I left the happy couple heading off for afternoon tea – the best way to start the afternoon!
