I loved returning to one of our favourite wedding venues in Sheffield, Halifax Hall, for Helen & Steve’s big day in October.
Halifax Hall is an ideal place for the happy to couple to get married as they met as students yards away from the Hall so it holds special memories for them both.
Helen looked amazing in her gown from Emily Bridal.
A Justin Alexander dress with beautiful embroidered flower details and better yet – pockets!!
She was very calmly getting ready with her bridesmaids just up the hall from the groomsmen.
I love the Autumnal colours of the bridesmaids dresses and the beautiful bouquets from Plantology.
Steve greeted the guests downstairs in the bunting filled ceremony room where guests were entertained by a string quartet.
As Helen entered the ceremony Steve couldn’t contain his emotions – bless him!
The ceremony was fab with personal readings before the happy couple headed outside for Prosecco and a liberal coating of confetti!
After a few photos in the grounds including a request for a “dab” shot it was back inside for the reception where guests received their very own Sheffield souvenir – a mini bottle of Hendersons!
I loved their cake with the tiny pinecone bride and groom on top!
The speeches were great and their was even a quiz to see who knew the most about Helen & Steve.
Afterwards there was cake and plenty of enthusiastic dancing!
We wish you both much love and happiness for the future!
