Having known Rosie from her friend Laura’s wedding several years ago it was lovely to be asked to photograph her wedding to Chris.
Summery weddings are fantastic to do and one of our favourite venues is the Maynard in Grindleford – set on the border of Sheffield and the Peak District.
Rosie looked amazing in her gown with lace edging backed up by her beautiful bridesmaids. We saw Chris arrive in style with his groomsmen in an A-team van – a great idea for groomsmen!
The ceremony was lovely with personal readings before they headed outdoors for a surprise Dove release which was amazing! After some fun portraits outside we headed indoors for the reception and some emotional and funny speeches.
After the speeches we headed out to Surprise view where they both braved a rain shower for some photos in the blooming heather – well worth the trip!
In the evening guests helped themselves to popcorn and sat down to watch Chris’ proposal video and a special thank you video he had put together for Rosie including messages from Hulk Hogan and Emma Bunton!
They capped the evening off with a first dance routine – wow – what a day! We wish you both much love and happiness for the future!
