Paul and I recently celebrated three years of blissful marriage with a trip to Whitby. I have always wanted to go, and dipping my feet in the sea on the North Yorkshire coast was the closest I could get this year to our amazing honeymoon in Cuba!
We had a fantastic time, ate far too many fish and chips, won prizes on the penny falls machines, walked up the famous steep steps a good few times and paddled in the sea.
We visited beaches in Sandsend, Runswick Bay, Staithes and Robin Hoods Bay all in the space of a day or so!
I am sure we will return soon as the scenery was truly stunning.
